This is the last Bento from 2008! Geez, so ashamed that it took me almost a month to post it up!

It is another very simple combination with Darrius’s favorite pan-fried soy sauce chicken. This Bento box is much slimmer than the other two tiers boxes I have so the chicken drumstick fit in snuggly in the lower tier. However, if I wanted to ‘really’ pack it, then I’ll have to slice the meat out as it is junting out and I’m sure the upper tier won’t be able to close in.

Bottom: Rice sprinkled with furikake, some cherries and king mango cubes

Hopefully I can catch up on all my Bento post by this week as I did not do that much the past weeks since I was too bogged down with cupcake orders.
