Bento Fun #76

Oh gosh! It is already March!

My entire weekend was really a havoc one! There were so many assignments to be completed that left me very little chance to do anything. During weekends, my Ah Beng will be glued to this PC (which is in the 2nd living room) so that practically left me no chance to touch the PC until I have shoo-ed him away as I need to get work done! Luckily he will help me to cook so that gave me so time to finish up my assignments. Then the rest of the time we were out so there goes my weekend…

I managed to put up a speed Bento for Darrius on Saturday. My Ah Beng cooked some Asam Prawns so I gave some to Darrius knowing he loves eating prawns. He had some UFO Soup to go with his bento too…

This Bento consisted of 2 skewered prawns with cherry tomatoes, some strawberries, some sweet peas, stir-fried cabbage with chicken strips and white rice topped with carrot cutout in the shape of maple leaf.

As usual, the lil devil will always be so accommodating in giving his thumbs-up to this sioa mommy.

Oh yeah, bought those Korea Strawberries from Jusco and they are deliciously sweet! It used to cost RM12.90 a punnet but recently they were selling RM8.90 a punnet. As they are so sweet, I don’t mind paying a little more since those that came from Cameron Highlands are mostly sourish. Darrius just love to bite on these sweeties. Will be getting more once we finish the current pack.
