Bento Fun #80

This was the bento I made on Wednesday which I do not have time to post up. It was another pasta day since I have packs of pasta lying around. I am thinking of selling some of them… so do keep a look out if you are interested yeah?

Darrius loves these machinery pasta in particular since he is into Thomas and Friends now. In this set, you can find trains, scooters, cars and aeroplanes shape pasta. Don’t boys just love things with wheels?

I tossed some mix vege into the pasta which was boiled in salt water with a few drops of extra virgin olive oil. I boiled a small portion of corn on the cob for him since he likes having his corn this way.

Also in the bento is some raspberry which I found in Tesco when I went for my grocery shopping earlier. One punnet for RM15.99. Cheap? I don’t know since this is my first time buying. Darrius don’t like them coz they were a wee bit too sour.

For the pasta sauce, I cooked the Campbell’s mushroom cream sauce where I added extra fresh button mushrooms to it. I cook the mushroom for about 10 minutes in the sauce and they turned out soft and full of mushroom fragrance… yum~

Topped it off with a cherry tomato but Darrius refused to have it so after he was done with the bento/pasta, I gave him a kiddy apple.
