Bento Fun #81
Normally weekend I seldom cook as my hubby will take over… most of the time. This weekend we had soup and curry fish head which lasted 2 days… yeah he cooked on Saturday and Sunday we had the left over.
I don’t usually like to feed Darrius left over food so I will cook specially just for him. His daddy don’t tend to keep his son in mind when he cooks… daddy only cook what daddy likes to eat and always forget about his son… tsk tsk… That’s why I have to train Darrius up to take all those spicy food or else if one day mommy has to go away for a few days, poor Darrius will either take milk only or rice with soup everyday.
Since Saturday we had soup, we just take the soup! On Sunday I have to eat the left over curry fish head so nothing for Darrius. Earlier in the week I had freeze up some pasta sauce in the freezer. I just need to reheat it. Easy job.

I cooked some organic Farm pasta for him which came in 3 flavors. Plain, carrot and spinach if I’m not mistaken. Added a strawberry for the little fella. He don’t usually eat a lot for main meal coz he already had a snack of wholemeal bread with some strawberry jam after his morning milk.
This is the first time Darrius saw cow in his pasta (besides that cow pick) and he was very excited. He kept saying Old MacDonald’s and insisted hat I play his New MacDonald’s Farm VCD while he eats. He finished all the pasta but left half the sauce untouched… coz he discovered bits if champignon in it! This boy knows how to eat… he likes the fresh button mushrooms but not the canned ones!

i bought the Korean strawberry yesterday..nice! now regret cos bought only one packet..
nice leh??? I went to buy more the other day… but can’t buy too much also coz they get bad very fast.
I used to do that when my girl was small like Darrius. I would cook a portion of pasta sauce and divide them up into little ones to freeze. So convenient!
yalor! I also do that now… at least sometimes when nothing to eat at least can take those frozen stuff out and defrost.
Wow.. the farm pasta is so cute… i don’t seems to find them over here at SG….
Ellena, it was a chance find too and it was the last box! I wish I could find more but they don’t come cheap…. this packet is about 200g but is RM12 (SGD5+)
