Bento Fun #111 – Cheeky Panda
Last night lil’ Glennedine was fussing the entire night as she kept regurgitate after each feed (can’t remember how many times she woke up!). I don’t know why but I suspected that she was not feeling too well after her 3-month jab yesterday afternoon. She was having mild fever in the evening… so I guessed she was feeling chilly during the night or feeling hot… which I have no idea but I knew she kept kicking her blankie away!
When baby is not sleeping well… what will happen to the mommy?

Having panda eyes lor!
Anyway, it was not entirely the reason why I made this panda bento. It was the spur of the moment that I thought of making it as I was really out of ideas of what to do. I noticed that Darrius will only clean up his bento if I make him cute character bentos (he cleaned up yesterday bento). Since I got some new panda picks which I bought from Bento Craft last week, thus this bento came around.
The panda is a peanut butter with strawberry jam sandwich with details cut out of nori. A medium mandarin orange from the CNY batch, some pretzels hidden under the panda, macadamia nuts, some peanut mix and a gummy heart as treat (I try not to give Darrius sweet stuff too often).
I got this green bento box from 100Yen shop sometime last year but never get around using it as it was stashed away far inside one of my many cupboards. In fact there are still a few boxes which are still nicely packed inside their packaging! Also not forgetting I have a few boxes of cookie cutters which are still brand new!
Ok, that’s all for today. TGIF and happy bento-ing!

Hey, we have the same mind!! We both made panda today!
Your panda look so much cheerful than the sleepy mum.
As for the gardenia bread I used for today’s bento, I think it is a new product as this is the first time I came across it too in a local convenient store. One bun in on pack, quite nice the bun.
Cute panda bento! The panda is just too adorable
KDW – hahaha! yeah! Great mind think alike! I will try to check out the stores tomorrow for these cute buns… alway good for speedy bentos!
Lia – Thanks!!!
