Bento Fun #196 – Butter Roll Stegosaurus
Pheeeeeew! We survived the past 2 days without much incidents! It was chaotic no less! I brought the kids out groceries shopping the whole of yesterday morning and had McD for lunch so Darrius can have fun at the indoor playground. Then after Baby G had her nap we went to 100Yen to check for new stock… (*o*)
As I am expecting the delivery guy today, decided to stay home and wait for him and he came while I was typing this post! 
Will make another post to show you my loot!
Since we are at home, I made a morning snack bento for Darrius while Baby G was napping. Bought some butter rolls the other day after lunch with hubby and they came in handy…

Made a simple Stegosaurus using the butter roll with cheese as the plates on the back. I just have to make a slit across the bun and slot in triangular shaped cheese bits. Boiled 2 chunky cocktails and some snap peas which acted as some ancient plants! 
There is a small section of pearl corn on the cob and some strawberries.
This is another of my newly acquired collapsible sandwich box which I found while shopping at the hypermarket. 
This one cost slightly more than one third of the price of my Suzy Zoo collapsible box since it was made in China and not Japan but good enough for Darrius! At least I won’t feel heart pain if he break it!

They sell like 10 in a bag or something… I ever paid just Euro99 for 10pcs! It was a steal! hahaha
Some more they were freshly baked but they only taste nice when fresh and get really hard after
a day or so.
you already had a visit to Germany?
Yes, the rolls are called Broetchen! And you are right they are only good on the first day either you pack them in a plastic bag

CSB – We went for our honeymoon in Europe and Germany is my first stop since my SIL stays there. Was there fore a few weeks and did quite a bit of sight seeing before we move to other parts of Europe.

Wow, looking forward for your new loots! I managed to ask my friend to help me buy some in that 100yen shop but I’m yet to have the chance to get from her. Too bad Kuchai is too far for me…
By the way, forgot to ask, hypermarket also sell this collapsible sandwich box?? Which one? The one I bought online is so expensive and I always worry that my boy lost it! Haha…
