Farah, You can always use lettuce (there are many types) or yau-mak-tam (another types of lettuce) to spice up your bento box. Sometimes you can use cauliflowers too but it is white so you'll have to create more colors to bring it out!

Hi there!

I'd like to ask about the vege you use in bento.

Apart from broccoli and salad, are there any other vege you would recommend for bento?
Because I realise that some like cabbage doesn't taste nice raw/boiled.
