Bento Fun #261 – Ice-Cream Dream Bento
Good afternoon all!
Another week starts again. This week I am going to be really tired coz hubby went on his business trip again to Hanoi and Jakarta yesterday for a whole week. That means, I’ll have to juggle housework and caring for the kids all by myself for a whole week! -_- Guess I’ll just have to endure all the cries and non stop chatters from the kids…
I bought some butter rolls and got this idea to make an ice-cream bento with the ice-cream cone for Darrius…

I only need to slot the butter roll into the cone and leave ¾ of it out to make it like ice-cream and topped it off with a pearl cherry tomato. Added the cheese eyes for cutesy effect… 
Other goodies in the basket are some juicy and gigantic cherry tomatoes as well as some blueberries, pearl cherry tomatoes, orange and Mandarin orange wedges.
In order to keep the ice-cream cone from getting soft, I wrapped it in a plastic and sealed it with a wire before covering the basket with the lid…

He adores songs or books about the days and months on the calendar. He can spell all the days of the week as well as all the months in the year.

Thanks Yuli for your compliments! I think I don’t have much of a choice since I only pack snack for Darrius. I am too lazy to pack rice as Darrius is not one very neat person when it comes to eating rice out of a box! hahaha
aww… My boy would love this too.. he love ice cream cone, yes,especially the cone.

Hahaha… Bobo, I think most kids would love that cone and not the bread!
He loves to scribble so I always encourage him by buying lots of books, boards
and whatever doodle gadgets for him.
