Yes, I heard about the closure of all the train lines when the earthquake hit.
I think some of the lines are running now.

Great one Alice! Very cute Shinkansen, excellent cutting and details there. I knew that many Shinkansen lines were closed during the earthquake and tsunami. But I hope now the transportation will be back to normal. And hope Japan will recover soon
