Since this house does not belong to us, we are exempted (in a way) from doing any home improvement work. However, we are responsible for the general house keeping of the whole place. Glad that we don’t have to bother about any basement tiles since we do not have one. The only tiled areas are the toilets and the kitchen, else most areas are carpeted.
Once we got our own place, there will be lots of home improvement activities we need to do for sure. Employing people to do for us will be very costly so everything is DIY here. Anyway, hubby is enjoying himself! He is a handy man so he loves doing up stuff which is good!
