Bento Fun

A friend suggested that I bring Darrius for rock climbing this school holiday. However, there isn’t any rock climbing facilities here so the nearest place will be in KL. I am not sure when we can go to KL since we are busy with our packing now.

I told Darrius about this new ‘game’ and he was hesitated stating that he will fall down and etc… Knowing he is such a ‘chicken’ I told him he can go take a look at mommy’s friends’ kids doing this sport before he decide if he is keen to go! Anyway, I do hope I can bring him for some mountain climbing next time when we are in Down Under since there are quite a numbers of nice place for trekking and climbing. We’ll probably borrow some mountain hardwear from my friends instead of getting our own until the kids like the sport.

Looks like there are lots of stuff to look forward to!

Hubby was just away for a week but in this one week, there were so many happenings! First, Darrius was diagnosed with UTI out of the blue! It was the first time he got it but was lucky it was not that serious. According to the paed, there were lots of bacteria in his urine so he needs to send the sample for cultured to see what was really wrong.

Then, he fell flat on his face last night while playing chase with Baby G. The result? A huge cut on his upper lip! He was bleeding profusely and for a moment I thought one of his tooth could have dropped off! Luckily it did not. *sigh*

I am so glad hubby will be home tomorrow. I am just so tired with all the happenings and it is no joke to handle 2 kids on my own when I am still not feeling on top of the world yet. Called him last night and he told me he bought a bottle of wine for FIL. Did not ask if he is getting any cigars from the leaf cigar bar for him or not as FIL enjoys smoking cigars once in a while.

Can’t wait for tomorrow!!!

I was supposed to start packing our stuff but hubby has yet to sign the confirmation with the relocation company so I have to halt it. I need to get the boxes before I move all my stuff out else they will be scattered all over the place since I have a Miss Nosey in the house!

However, there are things which I will not be bringing along as I don’t think I will need them in any time soon such as my wedding night lingerie (can’t fit into it!!!) as well some of the kebaya I bought for my wedding.

I might also leave some of the bento boxes behind as well as I really have too many!!!! Yes, I just discovered I have more than 30 bento boxes in all shapes and sizes!!! Will just bring some of the few favorite ones as well as some tiers ones which will be useful.

School holiday is finally here and I’ll be stuck with 2 kids for the next 6 weeks!!! Yikes!!! I really don’t know what to do with them since I am still having morning sickness…. yes, I always have pro-longed morning sickness!!! Hate it so much!

Darrius’s actual birthday is tomorrow and since hubby is out of town, there will no birthday party to celebrate. Darrius had a small party with his classmates earlier this week. There will be no Holiday Party Invitations to do since I can’t cope…

Baby’s birthday is in another 10 days time so maybe will do a small party for her since we’ll be moving away next year… will see how things go…

Just got back from KL yesterday but we never get to go out during the 4 days we were there. What a bummer right? Well, the kids fell sick one after another so we were home bound the entire time.

I have so wanted to go do some Christmas shopping since most shopping malls are having sales. So it was a real pity. The worst is, I don’t know if we’ll go to KL any more since we’ll be relocating soon. There are lots of stuff to do before the relocation company comes by so I really doubt we’ll get to go any where unless after we are done with most packing.

However, I still need some best friend gift ideas besides the birthday gift ideas since there are so many birthday in the next few weeks!!!
